How do I book a room?
Visit our Book Now page, select your preferred room, and fill in your details. Our team will confirm your booking via phone or WhatsApp.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is 10 months' rent, fully refundable. It is adjusted only against outstanding electricity bills when you vacate. There is NO lock-in period.
Are electricity charges included in rent?
No. Electricity is charged separately at ₹12 per unit based on individual sub-meter readings for each room.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our rentals are month-to-month. Either party can terminate with 30 days' written notice.

What documents do I need to bring?
You'll need a government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar), college/university ID, and a passport-size photograph for tenant verification.
